Last week the P1/2 class took a trip to Streamvale Farm to conclude their ‘Down on the Farm’ topic. The children loved seeing all the animals they had been learning about in school. They had the opportunity to feed a baby lamb using a bottle, stroke baby chick, rabbit and one of the new pups. They got to see where the farmer milks the cows and how the milk is stored as well as having some fun in the play areas. A fantastic day was had by everyone.
