Healthy Eating

As part of our topic Food Glorious Food we have been talking about healthy eating. We have learnt that it is important to drink water, eat 5 portions of fruit and vegetables everyday as well as a variety of other foods to help us have a balanced diet and to keep our body healthy. We made healthy fruit kebabs and of course enjoyed eating them!
