We were very fortunate to receive a training session with 3 Ulster rugby players, Charles Piutau, Callum Black and Robbie Diack, along with former Ulster head coach Brian McLaughlin.
This was all thanks to Alice Hughes (P6) who won the Dale Farm persuasive writing competition - well done!
P5-7 had lots of fun taking part in drills and games with the players.
The whole school was very excited to meet some of the Ulster team, including the staff! Everyone really enjoyed the ice lollies provided by Dale Farm and Key Stage 2 pupils were very pleased to receive other gifts.
